Our online mediation services are the modern way to mediate. It's less stressful and less costly. If you are both in the same area you do not have to be in the same room as the person you are in dispute with. Its also useful if you are both living in different areas.

We will arrange meetings via video or conference call, which can be just as effective as meeting in person. Accessing mediation services in the comfort of your own home or a setting of your choosing can put you at ease and make you feel safer during discussions, as we work towards a positive outcome for all.
Family Mediation Service
Our team are highly experienced in family mediation, including related legal and financial matters. We understand that separation can often be complicated and stressful for you and your whole family, as decisions are being made regarding property, finances, living arrangements, and child arrangements.
From the start of the mediation process to the end, we can provide all the information and advice you need, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that the best decisions are made for your children. Discussions take place entirely on your terms, and at your own pace. We create a non-threatening environment, where everyone’s needs are considered in a forward-thinking and solution-focused manner.
Child Arrangement Order Mediation

When going through the process of separation, co-parenting decisions must be made in a way that benefits both parents and children. Our trained child arrangement mediators know that the emotional stress of separation can make these decisions complicated. Bringing an independent mediator into your decision-making allows you to weigh up your options in an informed, methodical and non-confrontational manner. Step 1: Pre‑mediation meeting — from £135
45–60 minute online video call to assess suitability and explain next steps.

Step 2: Joint meeting — £150 - £220 per person
60 to 90‑minutes - online session for both parties. Shuttle mediation (separate breakout rooms) available: +£20 per person per session. Meeting Room - +50 per person

Book legal dvice meeting with a Family Lawyer £175.00 per hour.

Legal Aid: We do not offer Legal Aid. If you believe you may qualify, we’ll signpost you to an FMC Legal Aid provider.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
- Rescheduling: You may rearrange an appointment if you give us at least 3 days’ (72 hours) notice before the scheduled start time.
- Late cancellations / no-shows: If you cancel with less than 3 days’ notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or do not attend, the fee is non-refundable.
- How to cancel or rearrange: Email office@talkhaven.co.uk with your name, appointment date/time, and the change requested.
- Our changes: If we must postpone (e.g., mediator illness or technical failure), we’ll offer the earliest available alternative. If a suitable time cannot be found, we’ll refund the affected session fee.

1) We will acknowledge your concerns within 5 working days. 2) Review - A senior manager will review the after, including checking case notes (with consent) contacting both parties. 3) We will send you a written response within 30 days. Explain our findings, a resolution and any other options.
We will always work with you to resolve any issues amicably in house.
